Home sale prices continue to rise in Rock County, despite a lack of properties on the market. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Ben Shult says economists tell him the trend is unlikely to change anytime soon. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports year-to-date the number of sales in Rock County are down almost 4%, but the median sales price is up almost 13%. The median sales price of a home in Rock County was $141,000 for April.
