Janesville police are called to a report of a car in the river early Monday morning. Lieutenant Todd Kleiser says 32-year-old Jesus Iban Herrera appears to have failed to stop at the stop sign on West Holmes at South River Street, and ended up driving all the way through the River’s Edge Bowl parking lot, and into the river. Herrera was arrested a little before 1:00 a.m. on charges including Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense and, Operating after Revocation due to OWI.
