Town of Beloit fire officials are investigating a blaze at Linde Industrial Gas Supply on Walters Road. Crews found heavy fire and smoke coming from a large electrical room on the north side of the building when they arrived a little before 9:00 o’clock Monday night. Fifteen different Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin were brought in to help. One worker was injured from burns and transported to UW Madison Hospital. Although the fire was extinguished quickly, crews remained on scene for two-and-a-half hours.
