Poor car maintenance helps Janesville police make an arrest on charges of Operating While Intoxicated. Police say 35-year-old Jeremiah J. Jensen was pulled over about 3:00 a.m. Tuesday at Center Avenue and State Street for a defective brake light. Officers say Jensen showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and was arrested for OWI 4th offense.
