Janesville Police hope a member of the public can identify a man accused of stealing cigarettes from a local business.
Local law enforcement are distributing a surveillance photo of man wearing a white t-shirt and camouflage hat.
The man is accused of stealing the cigarettes from X-treme Smokes on Center.
Police say there have been similar incidents throughout the City.
