Janesville police are investigating an early morning armed robbery at the Walgreens in the 1700 block of Milton Avenue. Officers say a man and woman with a gun entered the retailer around 3:00 a.m. Tuesday and threatened staff. Officers say the two subjects concealed their identities. The employees were restrained, and pepper spray was discharged. The robbers appear to have been after something in the pharmacy section of the store.
