Voters in Rock County will have a question to consider in November. Should should marijuana be legalized in Wisconsin? The Rock County Board Thursday night, on a 14-to-12 vote, passed a resolution to add an advisory referendum to the ballot. Proponents say it’ll give county voters a chance to weigh in on the topic. Others argue there’s not enough research on the effects of medicinal or recreational marijuana on society, and children in particular. Other Wisconsin counties are also considering similar referendum questions.
