Beloit Memorial High School has a new principal.  The school board this week voted to hire Dr. Orlando Ramos to replace the retiring Carole Campbell.  Ramos most recently served as the regional superintendent for high schools in Milwaukee.  He takes over July 16th.  The school board also tapped Michelle Babilius to assume the role as director of school health services.  Babilius has been a school nurse for two years.  She used to work as a nurse for Mercy Health systems.
