A 35-year-old Beloit man is facing a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving. A town of Beloit police officer reports seeing Jason D. Nevel cross the centerline twice a little after midnight Saturday on Prairie Avenue. The officer stopped Nevel, and a criminal complaint indicates he registered a point-three-seven-three blood-alcohol content on the preliminary breath test. That’s more than four times the legal limit. Nevel appeared in Rock County Court Monday.
