A bottle rocket is being blamed for a fire on Janesville’s near north side. Goods set out for a rummage sale were ablaze when firefighters arrived at a home in the 1500 block of Elida Street a little after 10:00 o’clock Tuesday night. Firefighters quickly extinguished the small fire.
