A local municipal administrator is being recognized for his vision and leadership. Wisconsin City-County Management Association Director Dawn Peters says Town of Beloit Administrator Ian Haas was nominated by both the town chair and police chief for the Futures Award. Peters says Haas was recognized in part for his efforts to reorganize the town as a village. Haas was also recognized for his efforts to inspire economic growth in the town including retail, industrial, and residential development.
