A 48-year-old Fulton man is facing a 6th Offense Operating While Intoxicated charge after police say he was found asleep at the wheel. Janesville police say David R. Green was found unconscious on the 1200 block of Milton Avenue a little before 11:00 p.m. Sunday. Officers say they were able to wake Green, who displayed signs of impairment, and was taken to the Rock County jail to await an initial court appearance.
