A 56-year-old Janesville woman is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense. Janesville police say they picked up Patti J. Phillips about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers say witnesses reported seeing her driving in the 1200 block of Cherry Street. Police say intoxicants could be smelled coming from the car when they found Phillips sitting in her vehicle. She was taken to the Rock County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
