Janesville police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 24-year-old man after an incident involving an assault and weapons offense. Police say the incident occurred late Saturday night in the 200 block of South Jackson Street. Authorities say Michael S. Partee Junior is a person of interest in the investigation.
