(Gazette photo) Downtown Janesville’s redevelopment plan is getting a lot of attention this week with the opening of one of it’s showpieces. ARISE Director of Development and Community Engagement JoLynn Burden says the interactive water feature reflects the growing momentum of changes to the city’s center. Other projects already under construction include the transformation of River Street, a pedestrian bridge, and pavilion on the east side of the river.
