Janesville police are seeking the public’s help in the investigation of a three-week old fraud case. Police say a man, who may not live in the community, opened an account at Kohl’s Department Store on July 13, and then proceeded to buy about $1000 worth of merchandise. The problem is officers say he opened the account in the name of another person who lives out of state without permission.
