A lot of history is played out at Janesville City Hall. Former City Council President Dale Henning was there 50-years ago when the current city hall was dedication, and he was there Friday afternoon for the dedication ceremonies of the newly renovated council chambers on the buildings 4th floor. The new chambers feature cosmetic updates, a more open floor plan, improved and interactive audio-visual equipment, a redesigned semicircular dais, and generally brighter surroundings.
