An inflatable floatation ring resembling a large donut isn’t standard equipment for Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy Emily Miller, but that’s what she was wearing Friday morning for the annual “Cop on a Rooftop” fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics. Customers at the drive-thru on Milton Avenue in Janesville appeared to appreciate the effort. Deputies and correctional officers were hoping to raise $2500 during the 6th annual event.
