Many Milton residents are waking up to wet basements.  Rock County Emergency Dispatch says The National Weather Service reported as much as four-inches of rain fell on parts of the community Thursday night.  Several streets were flooded including Orchard Row, Rainbow and High, and Madison Street from Plumb to Hilltop.  Some residents report five-to-seven inches in their rain gauges.   Janesville police say some areas of the city also saw high water including Mount Zion and Lexington and Afton Road.  Fire officials say they responded to a report of arching wires in the 2700 block of Mineral Point Road.  A flood warning was issued for an isolated section of extreme northeastern Rock County during the storm.
