Jansville police finally have one of the answers they need in a 35-year-old man’s death last summer.  Police say a medical examiner’s report confirms William F. Russell died accidentally from a fire in his room.  Police had released Russell about an hour before the fire after arresting him on a charge of intoxicated driving causing injury.  His mother reported he went into his room and closed the door of their home in the 17-hundred block of Hamilton Avenue.  Police said at the time they had no evidence the fire was set intentionally or that Russell had suicidal intentions
