Phase 2 of the Court Street two-way traffic conversion, which extends from Atwood Avenue to Adams Street, is expected to officially begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. Two-way traffic along this section will be underway at this time.
Concurrent with the start of two-way traffic, the intersections of Ruger Avenue & Court Street and Garfield Avenue & Court Street will reopen to normal traffic.
City Management Information Specialist Molly Nolte says Court Street from Academy Street to Atwood Avenue was converted two weeks ago and so far there haven’t been any problems.
