Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville may not be running for re-election, but that isn’t stopping him from campaigning for the Job Creators Network National Bus Tour. Ryan told a gathering in Clinton Friday afternoon how the Republican’s successfully passed tax cut plan is helping revitalize America. The Republican also cited the benefits for workers including higher wages and lower unemployment. Several local small business owners in the audience echoed Ryan’s sentiments.
