With some crops drowning in the fields, USDA Farm Service Agency for Rock County Executive Director Michael Olson says teams will be surveying the damage beginning Thursday or Friday. Olson suggests anyone with questions simply call the Janesville office at (608)754-6617. The USDA Farm Services office is located at 440 North US Highway 14.
