Home sales prices are climbing in Rock County. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Ben Shult says they may be reaching record highs. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports the median sales price of a home in Rock County last month was $165 thousand, more than $11 thousand higher than the same time a year ago. He says tight inventories are driving the trend and the number of sales are down.
