A 55-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving after a criminal complaint says he was seen driving erratically in the area of Highway 14 and Milton Avenue on Monday afternoon. Chris M. Reynolds was released on a signature bond after his court appearance Tuesday. He was ordered not to drink or drive while his case is pending. The complaint adds Reynolds’ three previous intoxicated-driving violations were in 1998.
