Local residents will be offered a chance to take part in the National POW/MIA Day of Remembrance. Janesville Patriotic Society President Tom Stahura says a ceremony is planned Friday at 6:00 p.m. in the Marv Roth Pavilion of Lower Courthouse Park. The guest speaker will be retired Army Colonel Michael Williams. A table ceremony is also planned along with a roll call list of POW/MIA names.
