A local pizza joint is robbed at gunpoint.
Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery at Marco’s Pizza on Center Avenue shortly before midnight on Saturday night.
Investigation determined that a male suspect entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded cash and then fled on foot in a southwesterly direction.
The suspect was believed to be wearing a dark blue colored hooded windbreaker style shirt and a gray colored scarf covering his face.
