Janesville fire officials are investigating a small fire on the near west side. Firefighters responded to a home in the 300 block of North Terrace Street about 7:30 Sunday night. They were able to keep the fire contained to the attic. Firefighters were on scene for about an hour and estimate damage around $10 thousand. No one was hurt, but a family of five was displaced. The Red Cross is helping.
