The release of a burglary suspect’s photo in Janesville appears to do the trick. Janesville police (Tuesday) released surveillance photos from Walmart of a suspect using stolen credit cards from recent home burglaries on the east side. A Beloit police officer spotted the suspect and made an arrest Tuesday night. Janesville police say 37-year-old Jeffrey M. Taylor of Evansville has confessed to several crimes in at least three communities. Taylor is in the Rock County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
