The Walworth County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who will be released into the Elkhorn community.
35-year-old Joshua W. Howell was convicted of sex crimes involving pre-teen and teenage girls.
Howell will be living at W3945 Bray Road in Elkhorn.
Howell is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender registry and will be required to participate in GPS monitoring.
