Within the next few weeks, the ARISE Now public-private partnership and Westphal Electric plan to install temporary lighting under Court Street Bridge in Janesville.
The experimental lighting will be tested in order to select which permanent lighting may be eventually installed beneath the bridges downtown.
The lighting installed will be left on twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for two weeks. During that time, the lighting cycles, colors, brightness, etc. will be adjusted and tested.
