A 45-year-old Janesville man is facing charges including possession with intent to deliver cocaine and maintaining a drug trafficking house and vehicle. Janesville police say they arrested Janmarion L. Lofton after a traffic stop, and subsequent search of a home in the 400-block of Madison Street Friday. Police say they recovered a small amount of cocaine, crack cocaine, Suboxone, and cash. Officers also arrested Lofton’s girlfriend, 39-year-old Annelisa M. Martell on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine,.
