Local high school students will be learning a little bit about how the less fortunate live. Beloit School District Public Information Officer Brian Vissers says more than 500 students from Beloit, Beloit Turner, and Janesville’s two high schools are coming together to package a quarter-million meals for Kids Against Hunger. Visser says the Beloit Memorial High School National Honor Society developed a marketing strategy to assist with the fund-raising for the event this Friday.
