An elderly Beloit man who went missing Monday is found safe.
According to the Department of Justice 86-year-old Roger F. Willing visited a store in Madison Monday morning and then never showed up to pick up his wife from her doctors appointment in Beloit around 1:30 p.m.
A Silver Alert was issued just before 9:30 Monday night and by just after midnight Tuesday morning Willing had been found safe.
