The Rock County Sheriff’s Office mourns the death of one of their own.
According to a news release retired Rock County Sheriff’s K-9 Dex passed away on Saturday.
Dex started active duty with the Sheriff’s Office in April of 2010 and assisted his partner Deputy Shawn Nolan with drug detection, apprehension, and search and rescue operations.
Dex retired from active service in October of 2016.
