The City of Beloit gets out ahead of the incoming snow storm.
The city declared a snow emergency starting at 5:00 p.m. Friday through 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Vehicles are prohibited from parking or standing on city streets during a snow emergency, and residents are encouraged to stay home and only make necessary travel with extreme caution.
