A third Beloit man pleads guilty in the shooting death of a 5-year-old boy.
27-year-old Isaac W. Torres plead guilty to an amended second-degree reckless homicide charge during his plea hearing Wednesday.
Torres is one of four men accused in the shooting death of Austin Ramos Jr, who was in the backseat of the vehicle Torres and the other suspects shot in 2016.
His plea comes with a dismissal of other charges against him.
24-year-old Eric Salazar Mota and 26-year-old Sergio Ortiz have both pleaded guilty to reduced homicide charges in the incident, and the fourth man, 21-year-old Hugo Martinez, has his plea hearing scheduled for February 15.
