A former UW-Rock County basketball coach pleads no contest to a reduced charge in connection with an incident at a basketball game in Waukesha in 2018.
42-year-old Jamal M. Mosley of Madison originally was charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
According to the criminal complaint, Mosley, who resigned from the coaching job after the incident, and his 21-year-old son confronted a referee after the game, and witnesses say punches were thrown.
Court records show he pleaded no contest to and was found guilty of attempted battery.
Sentencing is set for Wednesday, April 3, in Waukesha County Court.
