A 61-year-old Janesville man is under arrest on suspicion of 4th offense operating while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation Monday night.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy stopped Michael K. Diece in the 3500 block of County Highway F in the town of Janesville just before 9:30 p.m.
The deputy says Diece showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after completing some filed sobriety tests.
Diece was also cited for having open intoxicants in the vehicle.
