A 29-year-old man is under arrest for drunken driving for the second time after Janesville Police say he crashed into a tree.
According to a news release, officers were dispatched to an accident with injury at Riverside Park just before 8:30 Thursday evening.
Witnesses reported that a single vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed before striking a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, Michael B. Goodwin was transported to a local hospital for his injuries and later arrested for operating while intoxicated, second offense.
