Janesville Police hope the public can help point officers toward a 39-year-old man wanted for being a felon in possession of a firearm, recklessly endangering safety, and resisting an officer.
Sergeant Dean Sukus says 39-year-old Antonio Simms fled on foot and fired a gun in the air when officers tried to arrest him Thursday night for a disturbance that arose from a parking dispute.
Sukus says the gun was recovered.
Sukus cautions citizens not to approach Simms, but to report his whereabouts to police.
