Suspect in Janesville shots-fired incident captured in Arizona

The U.S. Marshals Service captures the suspect in a Janesville shots-fired incident from July 4.
According to a news release, 39-year-old Antonio D. Sims of Janesville was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon in Mesa, Arizona.
Police responded to the original incident on a report of a parking dispute.
When officers attempted to arrest Sims, he took off on foot. During the chase police say he pulled a gun from his waistband and fired several times into the air.
He was wanted on suspicion of recklessly endangering safety, resisting an officer and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Police say Sims will be held in Arizona until he’s brought back to Wisconsin for his day in court.
