Finding a place to vape will be just as difficult as lighting up in Beloit soon. Youth2Youth Director Debbie Fischer says she’s pleased with the city council’s decision this week to ban the use of electronic delivery devices in the same places already prohibited for smoking. Fischer says the council’s decision this week to ban vaping in the same places prohibiting smoking helps reinforce her group’s message. The city council also passed an ordinance banning the possession of vaping products by minors. The new measure goes into effect September 11.
