A 53-year-old Janesville man is under arrested for drunken driving for the 5th time.
Janesville Police says an officer stopped a vehicle driven by Kelly O. Hill just before 1:00 Wednesday morning because he knew Hill had a revoked license.
According to a news release, Hill smelled of alcohol and failed several field sobriety tests.
A check of Department of transportation records indicated Hill had four previous operating while intoxicated convictions.
Hill was taken into custody and transported to the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
