Three young Beloit men are learning a lesson about improper sexual behavior. They were all 17 in March of last year, when they were accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl into performing sex acts. Defendant, Mar’Kai Payne, apologized to the victim during his sentencing Friday in a Rock County court room.  Assistant District Attorney Scott Dirks said a message needs to be sent to the Beloit Memorial High School community.  Payne, and Brandon Perry were sentenced to one-year in jail with three-years probation. Tre’roryon Floyd, who committed an armed robbery while out on bail, was sentenced to five-years in prison and five-years extended supervision.
