(Photo courtesy Channel 3000) Janesville may have a new claim to fame. The Wisconsin American Water Works Association has judged the city’s municipal water supply the best tasting in the state. City Utility Director David Botts attributes it to the quality of the aquifers deep beneath the city. Judging took place Wednesday at a professional conference in Monona.
