A Beloit developer introduces proposals for two new housing developments downtown.
Beloit Planning and Building Services Director Drew Pennington says the first plan from Hendricks Commercial Properties includes 14 row houses at 511 Public Avenue.
The second project includes 174 market rate apartments in three buildings at the corner of West grand Avenue and Fourth Street.
At their meeting next week the Beloit City Council is expected to forward both projects to the Plan Commission for further review.
