The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports both the number of sales, and median sales price of a home sold in Rock County, is up for another month. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Mary Ellen Mackey says supply and demand is still driving the market. Year-to-date figures for Rock County show the number of sales is up 2.6 % over last year, and the median sales price of a home is up more than 7% at $170,500 in August.
