Lightning strikes twice at a Janesville home. Deputy Fire Chief Bill Ruchti says lighting blew out the cupola of a three story home in the 800 block of East Milwaukee Street a little after 10:00 o’clock Friday morning. Ruchti says the homeowners reported the same thing happened in the 1970’s. Lightning traveled down the home’s electrical wiring damaging the second and third floors. Ruchti says nobody was hurt, and the damage is repairable.
