Traffic on I-39/90 southbound is diverted near Beloit following a single-vehicle crash involving a semi.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says the crash was reported just after 7:30 Tuesday morning south of the I-43/Highway 81 interchange.
As a result, both lanes of I-39/90 southbound were blocked.
The Beloit Police Department says officers were dispatched to the location to help clean up diesel fuel that was leaking out of the wrecked semi-truck.
The State Patrol says the driver, who was not injured, was cited for inattentive driving.
